Concentration Camp Sachsenhausen 1936-1945. Events and Developments

The exhibition at the former prisoners' kitchen highlights central events from the history of Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp, it illustrates changes and continuities, phases and breaks. At the basement of the former potato peel cellar, there are impressing mural paintings from the time of the concentration camp and of the Soviet Special Camp. A 20-minute film, screened in a separate cinema, connects the events at the KZ Sachsenhausen with the general historical development between 1933 and 1945.
