Access
Altes Museum:
There are two disabled parking spaces in front of the right side entrance. Access for wheelchair users via the personnel entry (door man), at the right side of the building (on the street at the Berliner Dom). An employee will accompany you to the lift or to the exhibitions. There are disabled toilets located on the ground floor and on the first floor.

Pergamon Museum:
There are three disabled parking spaces in front of the main entrance. Access to the entrance is via a lift at the stairs at the Kupfergraben entrance. On the right side of the balustrade is a bell to call museum personnel who will assist you to the museum.
A disabled bathroom is situated in the court area; it can also be reached via the lift.
The access to the Antikensammlung (Collection of Classical Antiquities) is restricted, as there are steps between some of the rooms. The Pergamon Altar can be accessed by wheelchair users with the help by the accompanying personnel.

There is a range of exhibits for blind visitors and the visually impaired to feel. The use of this offer requires prior registration with visitor services. Due to conservation issues, this offer is unavailable to unregistered visitors.
