Specialist library with around 67.000 volumes and 157 archived newspapers about the following themes: Folklore, european ethnology, folkart, German and European cultural landscapes, cultural anthropology, agricultural history, youth literature and schoolbooks (especially of the 19th century), popular prints, migration, textiles technqiues/ clothing and song and folk tales.
The reference library with four reading spaces is situated in the corner of the management building, Im Winkel 6-8.
