The end of school is approaching. Together with their class and a survivor, Frisch, Nitzan and Ido embark on a bus trip through Poland to former concentration camps and memorial sites of the Shoah. The journey, which is customary for schoolchildren in Israel, confronts them with a part of their identity, sometimes in a very emotional way.
The film Ha'Mishlahat tells of the culture of remembrance from the perspective of young Israelis, whose lively energy encounters various places and forms of remembrance. The film premiered at the 2023 Berlin International Film Festival and has since won several awards.
