The Neue Palais is impressive in many respects - the diversity in the sculptural design of the exterior façade is almost immeasurable, and the ballrooms and apartments are full of discoveries. The 600 square meter Grotto Hall alone is a fantastic sight with minerals, ores, fossils, rocks, shells, snails and artificial grottos. How can these works of art be preserved? With a special eye for detail, right down to the inner structures of the materials, experts from the restoration and natural science departments of the SPSG and FHP (Potsdam University of Applied Sciences) will report on their work in the grotto hall and on the sandstone figures.

In addition, in the FHP-Mobil, a mobile Tiny-House, everything can be learned about the training in the course of study of conservation/restoration.
