The citadel was a home where people lived together with animals; a refuge where people sought shelter; a magnificent building that commanded respect; an impregnable fortress and is now a historical museum and cultural site. The children find their way through the citadel and turn history into stories. Armed with a camera, they conquer the 822-year-old building in search of ideas that want to be brought to life. Using a stop-motion technique called pixilation, the children themselves take on the leading roles and create their own animated film sequences that make the impossible possible. The results are independently produced video clips that are also beautiful birthday memories.
Recommended for children aged 8 - 12 years.
