The learning workshop includes the preparation and follow-up of a contemporary witness interview as well as an introduction to source criticism of contemporary witness statements. Before the interview, the students look at various interview excerpts and evaluate them. In this way, the students will be able to classify, understand and reflect on the statements of the interview they conducted themselves. All of the contemporary witnesses were previously imprisoned in the former remand prison.
