On the occasion of the installation "The Constantly Moving Happiness Machine" by autistic artist Anna Berry, we are celebrating the diversity of perception. Multisensory experiences not only promote creativity and brain activity, but also understanding of different types of learning and feeling. Together we discover new ways of experiencing the world!
Multisensory hands-on workshops for children, young people and adults
11:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Dive into a world full of sensory adventures! Together we transform everyday materials such as sand or bubble wrap into small works of art and experiences. Touch, hear, smell or marvel - anything is allowed! We make our own kinetic sand and objects or paint with bubble wrap. Playfully we design and create our own objects by moulding, printing, building and creating.
Come along and join in! The workshop will take place in German and English.
Free of charge. Registration at: fcdahlem@smb.spk-berlin.de
Film screening: "Wochenendrebellen"
2:00 to 3:50 PM
After the workshops, we invite you to a special film screening: "Wochenendrebellen" (2023, directed by Marc Rothemund). The film about a father who goes above and beyond for his autistic son is based on a true story.
