Die irischen Barden zogen über Land und verbreiteten so Neuigkeiten und Tratsch, aber auch wichtige Nachrichten. Oft wurden die Gastgeber durch ein auf den Leib komponiertes Musikstück geehrt. Ein Barde hatte dann seine Prüfung bestanden, wenn er mit seinem Spiel die Zuhörer zum Lachen, Weinen und Schlafen bringen konnte.
Thomas Siener erzählt mit viel Musik zur Harfe spannende Anekdoten aus den keltischen Ländern. Sein Instrument, eine keltische Harfe, entfaltet einen wunderbar vollen, klaren Klang.

Thomas Siener, Keltische Harfe
Thomas Siener, geboren in Neustadt an der Weinstraße, lebt als Konzertharfenist in Berlin. Nach erfolgreichen künstlerischen Reifeprüfungen in Klavier und Harfe erhielt er ein zweijähriges Stipendium am Conservatoire „Hector Berlioz“ in Paris. Konzertreisen in die Schweiz, nach Italien, Schweden und Frankreich folgten.
Thomas Siener liebt es, in seinen Programmen SPRACHE – BILD – MUSIK zusammen zu bringen getreu seinem selbst gestellten Motto: „Künste verbinden heißt Erkenntnisse finden!“
