Drawing of Franz Kafka

In line with the theme of access, the writing workshop for the Access Kafka exhibition focuses on a figure that plays a central role in many of Kafka's works: the father.

Which objects trigger associations with the father - or another person close to him? What smells, sounds or emotions are associated with him? And how do you find an individual language to put your own inner images into words and put them down on paper? The educational instructors Dalif Sojref and Katharina Erben, who will take turns leading the workshop, will provide writing impulses and invite you to discuss the resulting texts.

The two-hour writing workshop will be followed by a brunch in the Shalom'chen museum café and a one-hour guided tour of the Access Kafka exhibition.

We would like to thank the FRIENDS OF THE JMB for supporting the educational programs accompanying the exhibition.
