Under the title “Memories,” the WuWei Trio invites you to a concert referencing the current exhibition at the PalaisPopulaire, The Struggle of Memory. After light refreshments, the concert, which focuses on the nature of memory, will begin at 11:30 am with works by Telemann, Nie Er/WuWei, and Vivaldi. Violist Martin Stegner, first solo double bassist Janne Saksala, and Wu Wei, China’s most illustrious sheng player, will play.

In the chamber music series “Workshop. Dialogue. Music” at the PalaisPopulaire, members of the Berliner Philharmoniker introduce themselves and their instruments and talk in a relaxed atmosphere about the works presented, their interpretations, and their approach. Questions and a dialogue with the audience are expressly encouraged!

The concert will be followed by a guided tour of the exhibition The Struggle of Memory.
