Since September 2024, the Konrad Adenauer Forum and the Forum Willy Brandt Berlin have been located in close proximity to each other in the center of Berlin. We invite you to get to know both locations and their permanent exhibitions on a combined tour.
The tour looks at the differences and similarities in the lives and political careers of the two former German chancellors. How did their origins shape their political activities? How did they experience the National Socialist era and the subsequent founding of the Federal Republic? What was the relationship between Adenauer's idea of Western integration and Brandt's vision of a New Ostpolitik? We will follow in the footsteps of Konrad Adenauer and Willy Brandt through contemporary German and European history.
The meeting point is the Konrad Adenauer Forum Berlin.
The tour lasts a total of 90 minutes.
Admission and participation in the tour are free of charge. Registration is possible on the website of the Federal Chancellor Adenauer House Foundation under this link.
