The highlight of the anniversary programme is the ‘ArchiVistas’ installation, in which 15 people with different professional and social backgrounds reflect on their vision of the future of moving images and archives. The film artist Julian Rosefeldt, art historian Bénédicte Savoy,  filmmakers such as Fatih Akin, Mo Asumang and Wieland Speck, inclusion experts such as Barbara Fickert from the Kinoblindgänger association and Andreas Krüger from the Berlinische Galerie as well as pupils, students and many others have taken part. The installation will open on 4 October 2023. The general public is cordially invited to attend.
